Support the Consortium

The NC Civic Education Consortium is preparing North Carolina's youth to be active, responsible citizens. Your gift will help us provide teachers and community leaders with training and resources to teach young people how to participate in democratic life.

As a program of the School of Government at UNC-Chapel Hill, donations to the Consortium are tax deductible. Carolina alumni making annual gifts to the University can designate their gifts to the Consortium.

To make a secure, on-line donation to the Consortium:

1. Visit Carolina's online giving portal
2. Select either credit card or check as your preferred form of payment (Note: you do not need to select a campaign code) and click on “Proceed to Step 2.”
3. Select “School of Government” as the University Designation and select “NC Civic Education Consortium” as the University Fund.
4. Enter the amount you'd like to donate to the Consortium.

If you are using a gift form you have received from Carolina, simply enter the Consortium's University Fund code, 0506, when designating your gift.
