Lesson Plans Grades 2–5

A set of sixteen teacher lesson plans, display items, and student handouts focused on individual topics in local government. Aimed at students in grades 2 - 5, but adaptable for other grade levels.

Student handouts are printed in black and white only, while some of the display items feature color graphics. Please consider printing the display items on card stock so that you can print them once and share them, or save them for next year.
